WMMI believes in developing strong leadership in the Church. Therefore, we aid leadership training programs. Such programs lead to finding a new, innovative way of developing and spreading God's Word. Purpose-driven and enthusiastic leaders in the program are able to arm their regional teams with the Gospel.
PGA Ministry has established a central and regional-based leadership program to continue the work in future generations. A committed group of senior leaders based in Lahore oversees the national Bible training program. They train leaders through seminars and conferences. New pastors are trained, prepared for ministry, and sent to plant churches. Over the last 50 years, the central and regional centers have been established on Biblical principles.
Top students are gathered from regional centers and fed into the central Bible school to maintain a standard of excellence and unity throughout the church building and planting program. Training supervisors appointed by the PGA Ministry travel to visit different regional centers and teach at Bible schools. These traveling teachers aim to work closely with local pastors and leaders to conduct Bible school outreaches and send out teams to evangelize and plant churches amongst local communities.
